I'm going there in a couple days, how long does the plane ride take and what should I do on the plane?

it depends on the airlines your taking, like alaska airlines takes about 3 hours and 35 minutes, not including layover in seattle...be more specific as to which flight your taking, also, you can read on the plane or sleep.

I just looked at the United Airlines time table and they have 3 direct flights a day. Each flight has a block time of 2hrs46min.
