Most good full-time MBA programs last 2 years.  An undergrad degree takes 4 years.  If you do it the way most good programs require, you would spend 4 years on an undergraduate degree, then spend 3-5 years working, and then go back for 2 years for your MBA, so it would take a total of 9-11 years (with 6 of those years spent as a full-time student).
