How long does a girl have to know until the get pregnant?

me and my gf lost our virginity about 5 days ago and shes worried because she is having cramps.. should i be worried that she might be pregnant after 5 days?

you have to wait till she misses a period to know for sure if she is pregnant or not.

Well it's possible. But it's probably just fear because you had s*x for the first time & you're just worried. Wait until her next period is due & have her take a pregnancy test.

No. Why didn't you use protection if you were going to worry about pregnancy? If she misses her period get her a test.

you have to wait three weeks from the date of intercourse to know if she is pregnant... she shouldnt have any signs until then

It takes atleast 3 weeks before a blood test would show, and can be up to 5-6 weeks before an accurate home test.  She might just be close to her period and cramping.  Of because she just lost her virginity, it could just be new muscles she didnt' know she had.
