How long does a k3 visa take?

does anybody here know how long does a k3 visa take for a filipina? the immigration lawyer told us it might be 6 months or less since there are no problems, has anybody tried this?

it was about 8 months for me... but then again i lived in canada at that time. since it's the philippines, there should be a lot of applicants... so expect about a year for it. it takes about that long for a fiance visa to be processed in the philippines anyway... and a k3 is pretty much a fiance visa (for married couples).

when we applied for our k3, we were told it would take 3-6 months... but it took longer. do not trust lawyers' time frame. nothing gets processed within 6 months these days.

anywhere from 6 to 1 yrs  depending on the consulate work load  u actually trust lawyers ??/   but  do not worry he will walk on water and speed it up   for your  isn't this what he /she said
