How long does a point for a speeding ticket for 100+ stay on your record in California?

Also, when an insurance company asks about "incidents" do you have to report ones that aren't on your record (like a speeding ticket that you went to traffic school for)? Thanks :)

  1. You can call D.M.V. about the points. As far as the insurance, I don't think I would volunteer the info.. Just go pay your insurance as isle and if it's on your record there going to charge you anyway, aren't they ! I believe in do what's right but they have the same computer that D.M.V. does, so let them do their work !  Do you really think they tell what there children do ?
