How long does a police warning stay on your record?

In New Hampshire and its a trespassing warning. Nothing written, just took our information and stuff.

  2. If you only received a warning, and the warning kept you from doing the action again, you have nothing to worry about.  

    The only time this will affect you is if you do the same activity again and it matches what you did the first time; then, the officers could match you to a certain crime going on in the area, etc.  

    Basically, a warning is just that, a warning, advice to think better next time, to do the right thing, and should be taken as a blessing as to not commit the same crime again.

  3. It isn't on your record, just documented at dispatch.  If you are caught again, someone will likely recognize your name and boom ... you will get hit with a ticket or get arrested.

  4. Warnings and other information goes into a database that holds information for future contacts.  Every department has a different idea on what information to keep and what to discard.

    Warnings and "Field "Interview" information is not accessable by the public or on your "record".
