How long does a rabbits memory last for?

We are having to put the guinea pig to sleep and they live in the same cage, My mum is worried incase she will lose her rabbit incase it pines to much for the guinea pig. The reason we have to have it put to sleep is because the lumps have got bigger, its not washing its self. Its also got diarrhea, So it could have cancer of the bowell :(.

It lasts a long time.  Your bunny's behavior may change for a while after the loss but with time he will adjust.  One of my bonded bunnies were pts and the other one acted different for about a month.  They go through the grieving process just like people.
