How long does a real estate salesperson have to trasmit the earnest money to the broker in the state of MO?

  1. Each state is different, but usually no more than 72 hours.  

    The salesperson is not permitted to cash the check, they give it to the Broker-in-Charge who takes care of it from there and places it in a trust account.
