How long does a typical American Highschool Football game last?

I go to a lot of Highschool games and I always want to do things after the games but I can't make any plans because I don't know when they get over.

they last about 3 hours. each quarter may say 12 minutes on the clock, but it is not a continuous run. before each play, the clock is stopped to get the players into position, then it runs for as long as the play runs. the 12 minutes is only your amount of "play time"... so yeah an entire game is usually about 3 hours. sometimes more.

Hey It last about 2 hours. The game of High school football has 4 quarter's each are 12 minutes . There is also 15 minute half time. Also you have to count for the Timeouts that will stop the clock.
