How long does an Avery iron on fabric transfer last?

I need to know how many times you can wash a t-shirt after you have used an iron on Avery fabric transfer.How long before the image starts peeling and cracking...or does it not peel and crack?

Peeling and cracking is caused from over-drying.  If you wash the shirts inside-out with cool or warm water and dry it lightly it should last quite a while - even as long as a store-bought shirt.

Heat is very damaging to fabrics and designs over time.  It's best to pull your clothes out of the dryer before they are "bone dry" and just hang them up while they are still barely moist.  Heat is also VERY damaging to elastics.
