How long does an accident take to fall of,if they are close together or if one is a none vehicle accident?

All three accidents were in a comercial vehicle but one of them was just by myself,the trailer door on my truck came unlatched and two of the henges broke and the company who I worked for considered it as an accident

Did you have 3 accidents in an 18 month period? Check with your states DMV.Also look at your states CDL Manual.Where police reports filed? Please provide more info.
