How long does anti-anxiety atvian / valium make u feel good?

I take Clonazepam for anxiety as needed.

It helps reduce anxiety for a few hours. Sometimes once the anxiety is taken care of I will feel calm for the rest of the day.

I do not associate this with feeling good.  I would prefer not taking medication for this.

Long enough to become addicted. If you're asking a question like this, you may not be an appropriate candidate for this medication. They are benzodiazepines and can be highly addictive. I use ativan only when I need it. I do not use it to make me "feel good," it is only to relieve my severe anxiety symptoms.
