How long does australia post local delivery take?

i bought a item from a seller on internet whose warehouse is in melbourne as same as my postal address. since i was noticed by seller that it has been ship out, it already take 5 business days for delivery and i haven't received it yet. does anyone know whether it is normal efficency for australia post? as i thought it shouldn't take more than 3 business days for a delivery within same city.

Check with them again. They might be pulling your leg. Should be a couple days at the most.
