How long does chocolate last?

Question

today i tidied up my front room, and found a chocolate easter bunny, left over from easter. it has no best before date on it, as i think this was on the outer box, and its just a choclate bunny wrapped in foil that i have now.... but is it still ok to eat?

Chocolate lasts for quite a while! I ate part of my bunny during Easter, but then forgot about it until about 3 weeks ago. It was fine, didn't give me a stomach ache or anything!

choclate will last forever like canned goods

It lasts until it goes moldy. Which can be quite a while. Don't confuse mold with the chocolate turning white on the edges, that can happen if exposed to air or frozen and doesn't affect it in the least. It's still good to eat if it's only left over from easter. Good luck!

HAHAHA, Yesterday I ate a hollow white chocolate bunny left from easter, hopefully it is still good.  I also have peeps left

  It lasts till its expiry date comes .

After that it won`t be good as before so

  check out the expiry and go

on , If its wrapped in a foil still its gonna be good !

But hope you didn`t throw the wrapper away otherwise

you`d not know the expiry , so if you`ve threw it then

why not you have it in a week or a little more .

Maybe won`t stay months , sooooo

better if you have the wrapper .

But chocolates do stay long , I kept a

chocolate in my fridge for 2 weeks and it

was still good as it was before ,sooo ...

i found a bunny from easter once still wrapped up it was like 3 4 months old i put it on the dresser went back for it gone my daughter ate it........

It's still okay to eat.  Chocolate can last for a long time.  Like 2 years.  It's very stable and so it can't give you stomach aches or anything.
