how long does the ctb test for scooters last for roughly any1 know

The practical portion will require about 20 minutes if all goes well. Here in Arizona it either goes well OR you flunk. Do not try ti on an ST1100! It didn't go well so I took a 20 hour course and that went very well.

I just answered a question from a girl who said it took her 4 hours to complete.

I don't know what's involved in the test, or how lenient different instructors can be.

Go to a test site and ask some people that just completed the test, how long it took.
