  1. It depends on what method the seller is using to ship the item and when they get around to sending it. They could have sent it out via overnight express the day after you bought it, or they could be busy during the week and only go to the post office on weekends, or maybe they ran out of boxes and had to go to the store and get some more and the item is still sitting on their kitchen table waiting to be wrapped ... in other words, there's just too many human excuses and variables involved for anyone except the seller to be able to tell you when to expect your item!

Remember -- Ebay is not a store. It's just regular people trying to pick up an extra few dollars in their spare time.

  2. There is no set time because eBay is a network of sellers, not a store. It depends on where the person is, how long they wait to bring it to the post office and what method of shipping they use.

But you can contact the seller through eBay and ask them when it will arrive. They should be able to tell you.

  3. free shipping usually is book rate and this takes 10 days from the day shipped. You have to factor in the time it will take for the seller to actually go to the post office. Make sure you know what service they are shipping with and when they are going to ship it out. Also ask for a tracking number if available.

  4. It depends upon where it is coming from and where it is being shipped to and how quick the shipper is to send it out in the first place.
