  1. It takes a couple of months for your uterus to shrink to normal size again, but it might take longer than that to lose the extra baby weight. It took me a year to get back to my pre pregnancy weight, I was holding on to 7 lbs extra that i needed to lose. Anyways they say breastfeeding helps and doing sit-up and working out will help it go down faster but people should not expect miracles- Your stomach will never look as good as it did before pregnancy.

  2. everybody is different my 1st next day my 2nd same day but my kids were both 5lbs babies

  3. diet and exercise will do it (when you feel up to it) also breast feeding.

Unfortunately mine never went away - But that was my fault - I love food/drink and NOT exercise

  4. I gained 70pounds lol all water and baby and I am small framed as well. After my son was born I look like I had a 3month belly (when at 3months I wasn't showing lol) but it went right back down to normal in about 3weeks and to this day people said its no way I had a baby I'm so small. But every one is different just don't stay in that pregnancy eat all the time habit after you give birth. Eat healthy and keep up with the water and if you feel up to it( and the doctor says its ok) exercise a littler here and there and you should be fine.

  5. I was back to normal pretty soon after giving birth. Breastfeeding will help shrink your uterus/belly back down really quickly. I worked out before and during pregnancy so that also helped. But eating good and working out will do the trick... plus being a new mom will keep you busy and fit!
