How long does it take 2 get a High School deploma online after leaving 9th grade?

Im trying 2 do online college, and was wondering how long it takes 2 finish high school online? or is it possible 2 do college, and get your High School deploma all in one. I also did a 2 month Schooling 2 work in a Hospital for old people in Germany what is that worth in the States, and how is it getting a job for that? Do they want 2 see my High School deploma as well?

If you do not finish high school you cannot go to college whether it is online or you acually went to school. If I were you I would try to go a real school. This is the experince of a life time. The best of luck.
