I am going to get a tattoo tomorrow and I want to take Tylenol before i get it. How long does it take to work?

  1. Generally, take it about half an hour before and with food.  This will help speed up absorption.  Also if you're getting a tattoo, make sure you dont have any alcohol in your system at least 24 hrs in advance.  

    I was actually denied my scheduled time for my tattoo cuz I was drinking the night before and alcohol thins the blood.
