This depends partly on the ship itself and of course where it's departing from, but almost all cruise itineraries to/from Hawaii take 5 (or sometimes 6) days between Hawaii and the next port.

A variety of cruise itineraries on different lines and different ships shows the following.  From...

Samoa: 5 days

Los Angeles: 5-6 days

Ensenada: 5-6 days

San Diego: 5 days

French Polynesia: 5 days

Obviously there are some longer cruises that originally depart from more distant locations (Seattle, Vancouver, Sydney, Auckland, Singapore, etc), but all of them stop in at least one port before making the long trip to Hawaii.
