About 15 minutes, my Mother has a gas oven and it takes about that long.  She's getting on with age, so she sets a timer when she turns it on and it's always at 375 in 15 minutes, plus she has an oven thermometer in there too, so she knows it's hot enough.  It might take a little less for 350 and a tad more for 400.  Hope this helps you tonight!

it depends on your oven. electric ovens take much longer to heat up than gas ovens. My electric at my old house took 20 to 30 minutes to get to 375 my gas oven in the house im at now takes about 15 to 20 minutes. I dont preheat a lot but thats how long it takes when i do preheat. the ovens at a restaurant i used to work at only took about 10 minutes to get to 360

use a oven thermometer to be sure your oven temps are accurate according your dial.
