How long does it take a package to get from Pennsylvania to California via USPS regular?

Hi, I ordered a ps3 game on ebay, and the seller shipped the item via USPS on July 9th and it's July 20th, I still haven't receive my package, he used the basic USPS service so there's no tracking. How logn does it usually take to ship across the state?

You should have received it by now, probably. It's hard to say. There's no guarantee on regular First Class Mail.

And this is why it's best to request delivery confirmation or ship by a traceable method...

I live in PA and have family in CA.  Typically it takes packages about 3 days, sometimes 4 to get from PA to CA.  If you haven't received it by now, I would suggest trying to contact the person you purchased it from first.  If they aren't cooperating or ignore you, start notifying ebay.  I had a friend that bought a 4 wheeler on ebay for $1500 and they took his money and he never got the 4 wheeler.  Its unfortunate but it does happen.  Good luck!

Oh yes you should have gotten it by now. The last thing I ordered from Ebay was a football sent from WI to PA and it only took 3 days and it was not express sent or anything special.

You got ripped if you paid for it already....Make sure you let Ebay know what has happened. Make sure you contact the person from whom you bought it from.
