  1. At this point, the eggs are not viable.  After the first 3 days of abandonment, it's unlikely that the eggs would every really hatch.  2 weeks is too long.  There would be no point in trying to save them, because the embryos would have stuck to the sides of the shells, keeping them from properly developing.

Just leave them where they are, or you could donate them to a museum.

    Best of luck,

  2. It takes dove eggs about 14-17 days depending on what kind of dove it is. Being in such hot weather without the parents to give it moisture, the embryo would die within a couple days. Two weeks is way too long and the parents probably knew they wouldn't hatch, which is why they left (or something could have spooked or kill them, you never know). There's no point in keeping the eggs as they won't hatch, and if they did, it would be a lot of work. You'd have to keep the babies at the correct temperature and feed them formula very often in small amounts. Way too much work and time than you'd probably want to give.

If I were you, I'd just throw the eggs out. Leaving them in the nest would do nothing but discourage any other birds from using the nest again.
