Forever!!  I swear I used the Listerine whitening for months and I couldn't really tell the difference.  I still use it because it kills germs and stuff but I wanted my teeth white faster so I got Celebrity Smile from http://mycelebsmile.com/y/ and it worked great.  I'm never using the rinse again.
