How long does it take for Mexican Passport to bedone?

I keep calling for the status and they would say it would be ready in a week to be picked up. The following week, I'd call and Id get the same answers over and over.

When is the average days for the Mexican Passport to be ready to be picked up

Where you are is a big part of it. I have always have mine done in person either in Mexico or at a consulate. It takes one day. The one time I did it by mail was in Canada at the Mexican Consulate in Vancouver, it was done in one week.

You have not said where you are, or where you have filed your application. If you are outside Mexico US, you can check on the website of the place you filed it.If you are in Mexico you should know where to check it. Don't forget, this is the peak holiday and travelling time, so its that time when passport applications are also the highest.You need to allow extra time. Unless you are in a big hurry to travel with it, why not just wait a couple more weeks before you ask again?
