How long does it take for Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power-Clear Scrub to work?

i have been using this for 2 weeks now and on the first week it worked really well, there was a massive improvement, but on the second week it stopped working properly and my spots weren't going. How long should i keep using this product for?

Just keep on using it twice a day.  Clear skin takes a lot of patience.  If you have moderate to severe acne then products off the shelf won't do enough.  A dermatologist is the only way to clear skin in this case.  If you only have a few pimples - you'll hopefully stop seeing breakouts after 6 weeks.
