How long does it take for RGIS to answer when you apply online?

            We have recently received your application and would like to schedule an appointment to meet with you.             If hired, you will be employed primarily as an “auditor”, and any other jobs will be on an as needed basis. If you have not completed an application on our web-site, you need to do so prior to arriving, or you can come in 15-30 minutes early to do so.

            We are looking for dependable people who can start immediately.  On the day you select, we will administer a couple of tests which are designed to help determine your ability to perform the duties of the job for which we are hiring. Be prepared to be here between one and three hours. For the successful applicants, training will be held this week, and we will be scheduling you to work the following week.

From the Lake Murray Area

Follow St. Andrews Road toward Broad River Road. Go past The Clusters of Whitehall, and at the next light you will see Russell and Jeffcoat Realty on the left. We are in the office complex behind them in Suite B-1.



Turn into the Russell and Jeffcoat parking lot. We are in the second building from St. Andrews Rd.

RGIS Inventory Specialists is the largest inventory company in The World. We conduct inventories in retail stores and businesses throughout The Midlands Area. While in the stores, we physically count the merchandise and enter the information into handheld machines. We are a service oriented company and conduct inventories at the request of our clients. This means that the hours will vary from week to week as well as the days. We can not guarantee a set number of hours each week. How much you work will depend on the number of inventories scheduled and your hours of availability.



If you are interested in the morning hours, those inventories could begin as early as 5am and you will need to be available until around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. If you are interested in the evening hours, they could begin as early as 6pm and you will need to be available until around 3 in the morning. Weekends are required! If hired, you will receive a schedule approximately two weeks in advance.



Our district, Columbia 476, encompasses the area from Great Falls to Orangeburg and from Sumter to Newberry. It is the responsibility of each auditor to provide their own transportation to and from the local inventories including the Columbia Area. In some instances, a designated meet site approved by the district office might be offered for traveling teams.



The starting pay in this district for the auditor position is $7.25 per hour. We are relatively aggressive with our pay raises; however, all raises are based on your overall performance, productivity and acceptance of additional responsibilities. Health benefits are now available for all hourly associates though an employee pay program. RGIS offers Advancement opportunities, and many of our managers are promoted from our entry level positions.
