How long does it take for US Postal Service deliver "Priority Mail" ?

The only difference between Priority and First Class is the weight of the package really. I work for an internet based company. When we ship, anything 13 ounces and below is FCM, anything greater than 13 ounces is automatically Priority Mail, which takes the same amount of time as FCM.

Priority Mail takes 2-5 days., maybe even longer!   A package I sent took 4 days to get from San Diego, CA. to Northridge CA. I paid extra for delivery confirmation and insurance.  They do not  give a shaaat anymore.  If you need something sent somewhere right away...please use Express Mail and pay the extra doe rae me.   It will be worth it.  I called about a late package today, and they said:  Ma'am NO GUARANTEES ON PRIORITY MAIL.   I hate being called Ma'am and being yelled at simultaneously!  Then why do the have those commercials with that dude saying that it takes 2-3 days to receive a priority mail package? My sister uses FED-EX and swears by it.  We both sell on ebay.  They even hand deliver straight to her door with all the supplies, envelopes, etc.  Also...about 50% of my Priority Mail with delivery confirmation has yet to be scanned as delivered.  The postal workers are in a hurry and forget most of the time.  That sucks because if I ever get a shady customer that actually received their item, but checks tracking,  well... you know...they can say they never received it.  So...why am I paying for these extra services??  They upped the ante this year on delivery confirmation also, and they can't even scan it.  Oh well... this was cathartic.   Time to get some info on FEDEX.

PS they need to remove that commercial...it bugs me.

USPS was horrible at updating my information on my last package. Priority mail is not a priority to them it seems. Maybe it will be better this time.

i hate it the man jacked my money threw me in a river and never gave me my package and it was winter. man i just wanted my food stamps. and it took 2 months. the cops never caught him and my right arm and left leg dont work any more. for now on im going with spedx!

Usually only 3-4 days for me but i am currently waiting on a package. its been 5 days. better come in tomorrow.

yeah i dont really know because i have been waiting since the 26th and mine still hasn't come yet but mine is just coming from florida and i currently live in georgia in the atlanta area so it should have been here yesterday but eh, ill wait a few more days

Priority mail has always been speedy for me. I usually get my shipment 2 days after it's shipped.

I have been waiting for my mail & ordering fr the first time. I was supposed to recieve it & need it by friday its tuesday, no sign of the mail. im very worried

It took 21 days to send and receive a priority mailing. The post office called me after three weeks and GLEAFULLY told be it had been delivered.

The USPS is a sneaky and misleading gov't entity.  The euphemism of "priority" mail is bullshit, since it's just first class mail in a box from them.  I ordered a product off the net and am trying to track it, but they have no info for me 3 days since they received the shipping information.  Hopefully it'll be here tomorrow but if not I guess it'll come Saturday? Or do they only work banker hours like the rest of the gov't?
