How long does it take for a French visa to process for Egyptian citizens?

If I apply to the French Consulate in Dubai, how long will it take to process if I apply tomorrow and need to travel for a Model United Nations meeting on the 28th of November?

it usually does not take long, especially if you have proof of your meeting in France , with a letter head of your meeting from the association, 2 weeks at the most,mind you? it must be a recognized association by the french authorities.
