How long does it take for a Horse, cow and sheep to digest?

Question

Not a human eating these animals, the animals eating grass, how long does it take for them to digest a random amount of grass?

About 4 hours I believe for the whole process.  But you can usually swim in 30 minutes to 1 hour afterward.  I've never eaten a horse however.
