it takes 20 years for a simple candy wrapper to dissinograte if u threw it in the bush or something the bugs cant eat it and if it gets wet its water resistant... why litter u throw it in the garbage the garbage people can do something with it or even better recycle! they can use that little wrapper to make a bottle
