Assuming a direct trip, then  at least 4 days possibly 5 depending on port of departure and destination.

Cruises from the UK to the port in New York City typically take seven full days.  SO if there is a cruise that ends in the Caribbean it will likely take 8 or 9 days, depending upon how many stops it makes.  For example, it may stop in the Canary Islands and/or Bermuda on the crossing which will add a couple days..

going direct or stopping?  it can very - maybe 5-6 days if going direct or up to 10 days if making stops.  When you book the cruise (wheather on line or with a travel agent) you will see the route and know how many days it takes.
