How long does it take for a fake tooth to be made if a permanent tooth has been lost and cant be found?

while playing football, i got elbowed in the mouth and lost my permanent tooth and cant find it. School starts monday so, how long will it take to replace that gap?

Depending on how you replace it.  a bridge takes about 2 weeks.  a partial denture 2 weeks or so.  An implant takes about 4-6 months to heal then another month for the custom crown.  But there are options for a fake tooth while waiting for the implant to heal.
