Specifically California to Rome. I found out it costs $0.90, but can't tell how long it will take!

  1. I live in northern Italy. Most mail I get fom the US seems to arrive in 8 to 10 days based on the post marks. I think the shortest turn-around time I've seen is three days, but some things have been delayed as long as 20 days.

  2. Ciao. I know that from Australia to Italy, and viceversa, it take 1 week.

    I think its the same..

  3. It will reach Italy quickly, but until it is delivered it may take 1 or 2 weeks in an average season. A lot longer during christmas.

I sent 3 postcards from Croatia to Switzerland and 1 to Milan, 1 to Genoa. The one in Switzerland arrived on Dec 24th, the two delivered in Italy arrived the same day somewhere in the middle of February !!

If it's important, do not trust the regular mail service (this is the rule in Italy)!

  4. I live near philadelphia and it takes me anywhere from 10 days to two weeks. I always take my mail to the post office so they can weight it for me that way I dont end up putting the wrong postage on it. Coming from California it may take an extra day, but probably not much.

  5. ...sometime it'll be there... if you are in a big hurry try to spend a little extra money for the postage...it can't hurt.

  6. Usually between 10-15 days.  It also depends on what city you mail it out of.  Major cities like New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles will send it right away b/c their airports are used by the United States Postal Service.

  7. from US to Italy 1-2 days, from the airport to he final destination: some months if it won't get lost in some post office
