How long does it take for a love bird to be fully weaned??

They should be fully weaned by 10-12 weeks.  It is really important to introduce a wide variety of foods when they are beginning to wean. Have some spray millet for them to munch on, pellets, a small amount of seed, you can give them small amounts of veggie baby food (no onions, avocados though), and pureed veggies, ground almonds and walnuts are also healthy. Cooked brown rice with cooked egg is good too. Cooked (steamed) and mashed broccoli is a good choice as well.

weaned?

I've helped some of my babies out of the egg when the mama got tired and didn't even want to sit on them let alone feed them. then I hand fed them ground millet with a tad of water and vitamins in a plastic food feeding syringe.

but anyway if the mom is sticking food in their mouths what was it about a month 5-6 weeks by then they are mostly fully ready for their own cage.

Love birds in compainons and cannot be weaned the baby will also need one if that's what your talking about!
