How long does it take for a new kitten to gain ur trust?

it's the first day im havin her and she keeps hiding from me.

and they never gain trust lol as llong as u feed them they will go to u there not like dogs there fallowers of whoever feeds them trust me

well being a kitten she is small and probably fells vulnerable so just work with her for a while and when try putting down treats for her and just work with her until she will take them out of your hand and then try and pick her up... you just have to show her there is nothing to be scared of.
