How long does it take for a pear tree grow pears?

if u buy a grafted one from a nursery it should already be 1-2 years old and should only take another 1-2 years for it to start producing pears. it should also live up to 80 to 100 years and still produce fruit. if you buy one that wasn't from a nursery then i don't know how long is should take so i am going to take a guess around 5-6 years until it produces fruit
