How long does it take for a post card to reach the US from Mexico?

We will be gone for five days but would like to send a post card home to family.

Depends on where you mail it from, but it generally takes mail about 3 weeks to get to the states from mexico....so you will be there long before the mail arrives!

It will take 2 weeks for sure if it even arrives at all.  We typically use DHL if we want to send stuff back and forth.

Mails service is very slow 3 weeks the average, only if you send it certified I think is faster. Our mail service is really bad, I know wome will get angry with me but it is the true. I have sent stuffs from Europe and they arrive weeks later after me.

Not less that two weeks if at all. If it has a pretty picture someone in the Mexican postal service may decide to keep it. I live and Mexico. You cannot rely on the mail. Your best bet is to mail it as soon as you get home. That way you know the card will arrive and it will certainly arrive faster
