  1. I read on What to expect when your expecting it said a woman can get food cravings a week after conception..

  2. After you have missed a period or you could go get a blood test before your period.

  3. I think there are a lot of kits to check your pregnancy after a missed period like first response. But I believe that it's better if you take a blood test to confirm it, because sometimes if you have any blood tissue (which can't be seen thru naked eyes)  in your urine it shows positive.

    Best wishes

  4. About 10 days after conception and a few days before you are supposed to get your period. Use an early response test and make sure you take it first thing in the morning with your "first urine" because the pregnancy hormones are strongest then and it's more accurate. Good luck.

  5. I knew before I missed my period... I just began to feel different.  With each of my three children, I went to the doctor to confirm before my 5th week of pregnancy.

  6. well the tests you buy at stores are all around 4 weeks, some are a few days sooner, but basically 4 weeks.  however symptoms can start sooner.  "morning" sickness can start within the first couple weeks of conception, and after a couple weeks b*****s may be tender, hormones will go crazy.  you might feel weak and tired.  all these are different for each person.  but the actual for sure to know test cant be done for around 4 weeks from conception.

i thought i was cause i had tender b*****s, felt nauseous, and very tired all the time.  turns out they were growing, and i had the flu.

    :) good luck!

  7. until the day you miss your period. i missed my period for 5 days and found out i was 5 weeks pregnant.
