I rear ended someone, and there was no injuries. How long will they take to get a bill from the insurance company? I called the car body shop and they said the car damage was fixable....

  1. That process is longer than you think. It may be in the shop now, but paperwork and all that can sometimes delay the submission of a bill. It could be up to 6 months, could be longer.

A site I've recommended in the past would be...

    Hope that helps.

  2. It can take anywhere from a week up to 12 weeks once the person has got a quote for the repairs they will send ot to their insurance company who will then in turn send it to yours.  Once your insurance company are happy with the quote they will agree for the car to be fixed
