im not sure...

but i think its good for a long time if u close it bag up after using it.

otherwise it gets kinda stale..

but try googling "(brand name on bag) coconut expiration" see what u get

shredded coconut can be put in a zip lock bag and be put in the freezer and will be good for a very long time
