Curcuit city international shipping policy is this/

International addresses: Due to our manufacturer distribution agreements, we are not permitted to ship products to international addresses except APO/FPO or U.S. Territory addresses.

So unless you fit one of the two international exemptions they will be not able to ship to you, click on the source link for there complete shipping info/

it would depend on what they used to send the package. if they sent it through fed ex or dhl, it would be faster like a few days but if they used standard shipping, it would take a week or two.
