i have flabby thighs.. in the sense that they're not fat, just not toned. the skin is KIIIIND of lose too. not noticably, just when i walk my thighs jiggle.. a lot. i also have very slight cellulite, only sort of noticable. ive been running for 30 minutes for the last 2 days and have already seen a slight improvement. i was wondering if anyone knew how long its going to take for my thighs to be more toned to the point where they don't jiggle so much. i don't expect rock hard thighs, i just want to know how long its going to take for them to be decently toned if im running around 4km in 30 a day. (its pretty much just jogging)
