How long does it take for freecycle groups to accept you as a member?

i joined the swadlincote and burton on trent group a day ago and i have still not been accepted yet and i really need to go onto it, does anyone know how long it takes before acceptance?

Did you read a pending text that asks for your zip code?  You may need to return some information to them.  It usually doesn't take that long.  I'm an Interim Mod and can help you if you would like.  Email me at [e-mail] with the group name and url and I can get you through it.

of any group, it takes as long as the owner gets there to approve members. they have 14 days to approve.
