How long does it take for mascara to dry?

so.

people always say "put two coats of mascara on, but make sure the first coat is dry before applying the second coat"

how long do you have to wait for it to dry?!

i use greatlash and it takes about 1 minuto =]

well it should only take a few minutes.. what i do during my makeup is i apply my foundation n eye make up a lil bit, etc. n then do my mascara.. put my blush on n darken up the farther end of my eyelids, i re-apply my mascara.. that way you dont have to wait and you'll hv sumthing to do in the meantime. it depends on how thick your first coat is

but usually like a minute

a way to check is when you think its dry, blink

and if you feel it being wet (and trust me you will know)

then wait

if you feel nothing, just as if it was normal

then apply the second coat
