For the last week and a half i've been working out rigorously. Morning and night jogs, hitting the weights every day, hitting my speed bag, isometrics and the works. Well although it's been only a week and a half I think i'm noticing my muscles to bulge more and I think i'm slimming down. Am I just too optimistic with my imagination or is it actually possible for you to start to "show", even the slightest bit, after a week of intense exercise?
