How long does it take for the swelling to disappear?

Well, i've had an oral surgery. It's been two weeks now but the swelling is still there. It did reduce but only a little bit. I'm starting to get worried....

Best thing to do is go approach your dentist what happen why it's still swell and ask for a good treatment and do avoid some food that it can make it swell.

if it dosnt hurt, no pain, no mouth opening limitation, its a matter of time, differs from one  another, just some worm fomentation will help
