  1. 10 miles approx. For the amount of money a year it costs me to keep my car on the road i drive.

  2. 25 mins in rush hour by car

  3. car.. about 35 mins. no car share although if i knew anyone doing the same journey i'd be willing!

  4. between 2 and 5 minutes dependingon how fit I'm feeling and whether or not I stop on the way, or take a detour.

    Walk/run,

To take a car on the road would take about 10 minutes and a lot more hassle, gates to unlock, open and close and scary streets to negotiate. To take internal drivway, would have to walk have the distance anyway then wind down the hill, park the car and walk back up part of the hill. By walking directly down the steps get to the place of work much faster with a lot less effort.

But then I moved my place of work to be close to my home.

  5. Drive = takes me ten minutes (not really possible to walk, (i live in milton keynes, the city for cars)), but i do take at least one or 2 people home by car.

It's safer by car as i do very early morning starts and late night finishes.

  6. 30 minutes walk or 12 mins on a pushbike.

I live in Milton Keynes and the redways are fab to get around on. I got rid of my car last year after i figured out that i don't need it anymore. It's only a 30 min Bike ride into the town centre.

  7. Bus, 10 mins.

  8. Car share most days, lad at work goes past my house and picks me up and drops me off again. Its like a having a chuffing chauffeur!! If he is not going its back to the bus which stinks of wee (lol)

  9. It takes me 45 minutes on the Interstate at high speeds.

  10. It is only a three minute drive (two Miles) away which makes be sound very lazy but I have to take the children to school first which is 10 minutes(4 miles) in the opposite direction.

So I think I am justified in driving.

  11. It takes me approx 25 mins. I always pick someone up at the bus stop on the way in, and always take someone home - i drive....it's more convenient!

  12. Walk, less than two mins I am a teacher who lives next to his classroom building.

  13. I go by car, it's about 10 minutes.  However, I use my car for work, otherwise I'd probably ride my bike!

  14. It takes me 15 minutes by car straight down the M1 or and hour and a half by bus... I drive!

  15. I drive, and it takes 10 mins to 20 depending on whether the bin lorries are going on the road i have to go down..why they collect at 9am on the main road into town is beyond me.

  16. i work about 5 miles away from home and travel there by bus. as its very busy at 7:20am it takes about 15-20mins, depending on the traffic.

  17. i take the bus 6:25am in athboy co meath ireland to dublin get there 8:00 get a norther bus within +-15min to tallaght then i get there 9:00 and the same way back i get home  between 19:00-20:00 depends on traffic

    5 hours traveling a day

  18. I live in Barry s, wales and work in Cardiff.  It is about 12 miles and I used to use the train and it would take 20mins each way.

I now use my motorbike and drve the 15 min there and 15 mins back.

I love having my bike as I get free parking and it costs me less than the train.
