How long does it take for you to start missing your spouse when you have to be apart?

I can go maybe 2 hours tops without talking to him....and then i start to miss him and need to hear his s**y voice. But sometimes i start to miss him the moment we say goodbye.

i'll talk to him once or twice a day, and i'm good with that.  i miss him and all, but i'm not OCD about it.

it may seem weird but me and my girl been together three years and i miss her every time i'm not with her from the moment we say good bye till we are kissing each other hello. I miss her if i am just going for a fifteen minute walk down to the shops. She is the first thing i think of when i wake up and the last thing on my mind before i go to sleep. I love her does that make me obsessive?

I can miss mine when I do things we usually do together but find myself doing alone, but usually it takes more than a week.  Try to find some things you like doing on your own so you're not focussing on the fact he's not there...maybe.

umm..5 weeks...

I just spent 5 weeks without him in my own country...and didn`t miss him much. Then he came for a 1 1/2 weeks...and I was ready to be without him again!

When you are going to be apart for a long time, the missing already happens as you're saying goodbye.

You're in love.  It is a truly great feeling to be in love.  So don't punish yourself for it.  And by all means, call him every once in a while!

the minute he walks out the door for work or I walk out the door for work at night. I work nights and don't get to sleep in bed with him at night, well 2 nights a week I do, but its not enough. Its ok though, I have 4 more nights of my job and then I quit and we are moving and i'll have a job that lets us sleep together and spend much more time together with our kids.
