How long does it take for you to train for a leg split?

  1. It is different for every person


  2. Its takes up to three weeks max if you practice every single day. Dont be suprised, you cant expect your legs to fully extend in days. Just stretch everyday before you do the splits, that will help and just keep doing what your doing and be patient.

  3. it depends on the person how close you can already get to doing the splits and also how much you are willing to practice/strech
